Jianzhong LIU, was the Director of the Disease Control Division of AQSIQ from 1989 to 2003; Director of the Department of Scientific Affairs at Sanofi Pasteur from 2003 to 2011; Vice President of Yingu Holdings Group Co., Ltd. from 2012 to present; Director and Manager of Vaccine and Health Institute from 2016 to present; Independent Non-Executive Director of CanSino Biologics Inc. from 2019 to present. Over the years, he has devoted himself to the research of health promotion-related theories and vaccine applications and has accumulated a lot of experience in the R&D, application, prototype innovation, and cross-sector upgrading of digitalized products in the health industry.
